◼ Biography
Prof. Wei-Chiao Chang holds a Ph.D. degree from Oxford University in the United Kingdom

and is currently the dean of the College of Pharmacy at Taipei Medical University. He is also
the chairman of the Pharmacogenomics Society of Taiwan and the chairman of the Division of
Pharmacy and Chinese Medicine, National Science and Technology Council, Taiwan,
specializing in pharmacogenomics and pharmacological administrative regulations, and also

devotes himself to the application of genomic research to personalized medicine, and to the
application of T-cell sequencing technology to clinical diagnosis. In 2024, he was awarded the
FAPA Ishidate Award for Scientific Section and the 34th Wang Ming-Ning Award.
