Dear Distinguished Guests and Esteemed Scholars,

It is my great honor to join you on this meaningful
occasion to celebrate the Joint Academic Symposium of the
               40th SNP, 25th SFRR-Taiwan, 2025 TATCM, and 1st

SCPS-Taiwan & Symposium on Pharmacy and Traditional
Chinese Medicine. This year’s theme, “Advancing
Tradition and Innovation: Challenges, Opportunities, and Prospects in Chinese
Medicine and Natural Products,” highlights the integration of traditional wisdom

with modern science and reflects Taiwan’s ongoing innovation in natural product
               research.

Over the past four decades, natural product research in Taiwan has achieved
remarkable progress in chemical, biological, and clinical studies. In the face of

global health challenges, the value of traditional medicine and natural products is
increasingly evident. We must preserve our traditions while embracing scientific
rigor and interdisciplinary collaboration to foster innovation and international

               impact.

I sincerely thank all co-organizers, partners, and researchers for their dedication.
I hope this symposium inspires meaningful exchanges and collaborations, paving
the way for new breakthroughs. I wish the conference great success and all

participants good health and academic advancement.

                   Thank you.
